I spoke with the folks at Lippert who tell me that your issue sounds like a ground problem. The fact that you can get the motors to operate independently of the coach by directly attaching them to a battery would tend to confirm a poor ground connection. Increasing your load range could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the situation. If your trailer isn't pushing the load capacity of your current tires, then I wouldn't worry too much about increasing the load range to prevent blow outs.

There isn't a replacement wheel we can offer for an AL-KO jack; the best we can do is a new jack, and I assume that is an A-frame jack. For one with a wheel use A-Frame Trailer Jack with Caster Wheel # DL74MR, which is a 1,000 lb capacity jack.

A 145/80-12 Load Range D radial tire like # AM10130 carries a 1220 lb per tire/2440 lb per axle capacity which will handle the weight of an 1800 lb trailer with no problem.

I was able to do a little research to find the factory tire was a 5.90-12. The KR25 options come with a wheel, but if you just want the tire the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 will work well for you.

Unless the bumper is reinforced and has a stated weight capacity I do not recommend putting any attachments on it. Most factory bumpers don't come with enough weight capacity to hold a bike rack and bike so most campers end up needing to install a new receiver hitch. To know what size you'll need you'll have to measure the distance on the inside between the I-beams of the frame.

I do have options for you but AL-KO was bought out by Dexter in 2015 and replacement parts for their jacks are not going to be attainable therefore, you would want to replace the entire jack. I did some research on your 2005 Coachmen Clipper Sport 206 at it looks like it is an a-frame trailer with a side mount jack. Generally speaking, when a trailer light fuse blows when the trailer is plugged in that is because of a short in that circuit. However, when a light becomes dim while another light is on that is a sign of a bad ground. Therefore, I believe you have a few issues on your trailer that will need to be looked into. If you have access to a different tow vehicle then you can determine which side the fault is on, trailer or vehicle.
